Maeve Garigan

Maeve Garigan, CEO. 


Maeve is the technical authority for Roper’s secure sensing and communication systems, and inventor of Roper’s product stack, including the PATCH® wearable and the SnapMesh™ secure mesh networking protocol.


Prior to founding Roper, Maeve served as a technology advisor and senior engineer supporting U.S. military commands, with a focus on unmanned systems, C4ISR, weapons, and tactical mobility. Her work spans research and development through manufacture and fielding.


Maeve holds an MA in International Economics and Strategic Studies and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and is the inventor on five US patents, including two related to mesh networking.
