Maeve Garigan, Board Member & Technical Founder.
Maeve is the technical authority for Roper’s secure, zero-infrastructure sensing and communication systems. She is co-inventor of Roper’s product stack, including the PATCH® wearable and the SnapMesh™ secure mesh networking protocol.
Prior to founding Roper, Maeve served as a technology advisor and lead engineer supporting U.S. military commands, with a focus on unmanned systems, C4ISR, weapons, and tactical mobility. Her work spans research and development through manufacture and fielding.
Maeve holds an MA in International Economics and Strategic Studies and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed operational training in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection (AT/FP).
